Machine Lab

About the lab

The Machine Lab provides practical hands-on experiments on electrical machine and drives to second year undergraduate students.

The equipment is also used as part of teaching materials for the Electrical Machine and Drives course.

Equipment

Wound rotor induction motor, Mechanical load, Stopwatch, DC generator, DC motor, Load resistors, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Shunt motor
